Yes! First, remove the entire voicebox from the toy. Next, place the toy inside a mesh laundry bag (like this one!), or a pillowcase and enclose it properly. Wash the toy on a gentle/delicate cycle, using minimal baby detergent. Keep the toy inside the laundry bag as you dry it on gentle in the drying machine.

The short answer is: our plush toys are designed for ages 0 to 100. The long answer is: although they were originally intended for young children, these plush toys have stolen the hearts of people of all ages. Just as spirituality has no age limit, neither do our toys.

Our standard voicebox comes pre-recorded with the mantras in Sanskrit, as seen here. Although these can not be overwritten, you do have the option to purchase our Bluetooth Speaker. With this portable Bluetooth Speaker, you can easily replace your existing voicebox to play any audio file of your choice.

Long Awaited but with Challenges

So I’ve been waiting for the shiva plush doll for a year. I went ahead and bought the shiva book when they had their promo last year to get on the waitlist for this doll when it came out. I had to reach out to support to ensure that I would get early access. The timing they told me was incorrect and that I had to wait (fine - nbd, I waited and placed the order). I get a call a couple days later about a possible issue with my order. Mainly the medium size that I customized with my son’s name. They told me that they aren’t sure they can do it because of the space they have for the customization along with not having inventory - I was furious. The whole point for early access was to ensure I got my order without problems. I literally placed my order right they told me my early access started. After converting my frustration they ensured me that my order will ship out the next day. I recieved my order on Tuesday, 02/11. And the medium plush is missing the nag around the neck. I tried to reach out to support and yet to have a response. I have bought from Modi toys before and truly love all that they do, and I do extend compassion and patience when it comes to things like this but it was pretty disorganized and downright frustrating given that I did everything I was told while still standing my ground only be getting my personalized plush for my son with missing pieces. This is not something I foresaw and really frustrated with the whole process.
