Return Policy

Effective December 11, 2025: All sales are final.

We are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on any orders. All purchases are final.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about any product, please contact us at support@moditoys.com before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@moditoys.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement (subject to inventory availability) or refund at our discretion.

Order Issues

If there is an error with your order (wrong item shipped, missing items), please contact us at support@moditoys.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve shipping errors promptly.

Shipping will be refunded ONLY if the products being returned meet the following criteria:

  • product is defective 

  • product does not match the product description 

  • we have made an error in shipment by either shipping incomplete order or wrong product, and/or

  • we have been responsible, along with our shipping service, in an unreasonably long delay in delivery (typically considered to be 10 business days from the date of order) of the ordered product.

Accepted Methods of Payment:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and PayPal

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Carriers

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS carriers to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
