Kids loved the Shiva but the quality has deteriorated. For example, lack of details on shivas legs

So I’ve been waiting for the shiva plush doll for a year. I went ahead and bought the shiva book when they had their promo last year to get on the waitlist for this doll when it came out. I had to reach out to support to ensure that I would get early access. The timing they told me was incorrect and that I had to wait (fine - nbd, I waited and placed the order). I get a call a couple days later about a possible issue with my order. Mainly the medium size that I customized with my son’s name. They told me that they aren’t sure they can do it because of the space they have for the customization along with not having inventory - I was furious. The whole point for early access was to ensure I got my order without problems. I literally placed my order right they told me my early access started. After converting my frustration they ensured me that my order will ship out the next day. I recieved my order on Tuesday, 02/11. And the medium plush is missing the nag around the neck. I tried to reach out to support and yet to have a response. I have bought from Modi toys before and truly love all that they do, and I do extend compassion and patience when it comes to things like this but it was pretty disorganized and downright frustrating given that I did everything I was told while still standing my ground only be getting my personalized plush for my son with missing pieces. This is not something I foresaw and really frustrated with the whole process.

The plush toy has a super welcoming and cuddly feel. The Velcro that holds the voicebox is glued on cheaply though…and the voice recordings are TERRIBLE quality. I ordered a Ganesh plush toy 3 years ago and I don’t remember the audio being obnoxiously loud or the actual voice being annoying but it definitely is now. The voicebox in the Krishna toy is specifically deafening. I’m probably going to toss out the voicebox so it doesn’t startle my baby!
The Krishna book has great content except it doesn’t really have a solid rhyming pattern to keep my baby engaged. I would be more than happy to offer my thoughts to fix it but hopefully this review is enough to get other honest opinions.
