It is working as expected but instructions was not clear. It does the job.
Delivery was late! received different product. Crochet is very cheap had gaps more if kids play with it, it wont last for two washes also! Button is also not good. Don't go it. It is not matching the pictures they show!!! Original Picture they show was very thick crochet and flute has tassels but this one without tassels and not very good quality.
Have not received products due to delivery problems, yet refuse to issue refund and are unresponsive to emails.
Krishna idol arrived late and delivery was not clear. it is 10days late. and plush toy is not clean. They didn't bother to dust a little bit before sending it someone??? not good purchase it can be better if you're representing something and kids are involved, you guys should follow ethics???? Sry My picture is not clear I cleaned the toy little bit but you can see it is dusty!!! Not Expecting this!!!
Battery not working after ordering twice , contacted support and have not heard back since a few days!
The mantras on the Ganesha and Krishna toys are a bit too loud and jarring to hear for both and our baby. The volume is perfect on Hanuman and Shiva mantras. Visually they are all perfect. My baby loves playing with them.
I ordered a Krishna toy from them and when it arrived the mantra-singing feature wasn’t working. I went to their website to start a return right away because the return window is very short, but even after three days of delivery, my order still wasn’t updated. That already felt a bit sketchy, especially since their policy clearly says returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of shipment.
I emailed the brand immediately, explaining that I wanted the version with the voice box, but the one I received was just a plush toy. They replied saying it was mentioned on the site and they wouldn’t be able to take it back. I do accept that I missed that detail.. it was hidden at the bottom of the page and only shows up after clicking a closed-box ‘feature’ option. But honestly, that kind of information should be clearly stated in the product title or somewhere easily visible, not tucked away where most customers wouldn’t notice. It feels very misleading for a brand to do that.

My shipment never arrived so I reached out to customer service and they sent out another shipment the same day. It was a gift for family, so was a bit disappointed but Modi was efficient and quick . Family received the item days later, but loved it. Thank you, Modi Toys.
I purchased this for my nice and nephew ( 5 years ).... he loves it... loves the numbering working with his Ba to do it and then hang them up at the front door in lieu of chalk.
Super adorable. Just like photo. 4 starts due to audio quality, could be clearer. And velcro at bottom doesn't seem like it has closed properly, I think it needs more material, which it should have given this toy is for children.

Super adorable. Just like the photos. A wonderful way to bring culture to the litte ones. I hope it becomes something the little one will keep and pass down. Quick delivery to NZ. Audio is good but could be clearer and better quality hence the 4 stars, not sure how long the audio box would last does look a bit filmsy. The bottom of the toys has velcro where the audio box goes. The velcro does close but its a bit tight. I would recommend the manufacturers make this a bit bigger so its feels more secure. Overall very happy with purchase and would highly recommend. I like the 7inch size. Its a cute collectable, easy to carry size. Im very happy with the plush. Thank you Modi Toys..... wish I had something like this when I grew up.
