I am dissatisfied with the size of the plush toy and it does not look the same as what I expected based on the pictures on the website.

How come nose ring is missing for Durga Devi in your products. Didn’t realize it before ordering. That is disappointing because no where you will find an idol of Ma Durga Devi without nose ring..Hope you rectify the mistake.

The toy itself is extremely cute and amazing; the only issue is mantra. The machine itself has a severe malfunction or voice, and we can not hear anything. Really, really disappointed. My baby was so excited, but as a result, she is terrified of the toy.

The voice box came with the recently purchased medium Ganesh is Not Working, Not Singing Mantras. Disappointed. Sent message through web. So far no response. Expecting a replacement soon.
I dint like the sound this time, last time i gifted the sane to my niece and those were super good, so i ordered the same for my baby and the sound is not clear and not loud enough

The only thing for me was shipping costs was a killer for me to send to nz I wish it was a little less would have purchased the whole bundle . However, end product well packaged and delivered very quickly and enjoying it! Highly recommend!
I ordered all the mini plush soft toys as well as the shaanti crib mobil but the mobil arm does not fit my crib. So now its a waste. They should make it in a way that it universally fits all the cribs. The toys are good and clothes are good as well
