Not made clear that books were on sale because they were damaged.

I received a damaged book from modi toys and was denied a refund when I asked to send it back in. The book is unbound and falling apart. You should have made it much more obvious and clear that the books were marked on clearance sale because they were damaged! That should have been the first disclosure notice on the webpage … “$6.99 because book is damaged”. Poor quality and bad customer service .
