I did not like the personalization at all. you use to do it very nicely before. The one that I received is already coming out and I had already emailed but no response.

I was so excited to receive my order of the medium sized Saraswati toy & book but was so sad to see that the book was bent and books first page was upside down and also the song that played when squeezing the toy was so muffled. The nose on the doll also had a stray thread that if pulled would probably come undone. I couldn’t get in contact with anyone to rectify the situation so I had to give it to my niece as is:(
