A great learning tool (not to mention cuteness overload)

We love every Modi Toy stuffie. This one in particular is just so adorable and well made. I think it’s a great learning resource too. We were FaceTiming my nephew and my son was excited to show his new Durga Devi to him and my 20 year nephew recognized her immediately because of the lion and explained to my 5 year old why she has that particular animal and the significance of her trident. It was cute watching them discuss what they know and how deep their roots are to their religion. While simple in nature, the Devi dolls are useful tools in bridging the connection between different generations. Kids draw on the strengths of what these dolls embody (strength, fearlessness, bravery, etc.) and act accordingly.
