Not as expected; disappointed

I remember when I bought baby hanuman and krishna and the engraving of the name was on the side and was embroidered but now it’s like a tag? I wish I knew this before ordering on how it would be personalized because I bought it thinking it would be the same as before and I wish I didn’t buy the new version as I liked the old version better.

HI Vishva, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the personalization on your Baby Hanuman. We're always making small tweaks to our products based on either customer feedback or learnings. About a year or so ago, we moved the personalization from the side of the leg to the pant's flap for a more consistent and cohesive look across our entire collection of plush toys. To clarify, our personalization method has not changed; we never offered engraving or embroidery, we always imprinted the names on the toys. But I can understand how the fabric the name is imprinted on can give a different appearance than the one you've seen in the past.
