Job Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Head of Marketing to strategize and execute campaigns across all stages of the marketing funnel

Analyze website analytics to uncover trends and opportunities

Build and segment email lists. Craft a series of emails that result in an above-average open and CTR.

Submit applications for a wide range of Certifications, competitions, grants, etc.

Oversee content marketing by brainstorming and executing content for blogs, emails, Instagram Reels

Craft and/or edit blogs for website, Op-Eds, essays, etc.

Assess the feasibility of new marketing channels such as, TV ads, Affiliate marketing, SMS, Partner marketing and establish a presence by from start to finish

Help oversee the website migration from Wix to Shopify

Develop a strategy for Influencer marketing with a potential Ambassador Program
Pay
Commensurate with experience.
Position Requirements

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week

Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer or e-commerce marketing, with a focus on driving engagement, retention and ROI

BA/BS or similar college level education

Creative thinker; a "no" simply means try something a different way

Resourceful and a self-learner; as a startup, we're always forced to do more with less

Experience owning a marketing strategy from concept to execution

Skilled at parsing and analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns

Extraordinary writing and video editing ability, with demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
