Customer Service Associate - Full Time (Edison, NJ)

​Job Responsibilities:

Looking for a Full Time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is an onsite position and responsibilities include:

  • Answer customer emails and calls

  • Follow up with customer issues

  • Help manage wholesale accounts

  • Work with Sales and Shipping teams to help resolve customer issues

  • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure daily pick ups

Position Requirements

  • Candidate needs to possess good communication and writing skills.
